LITTLE BIG EARS (Davisson-J 2008)

LITTLE BIG EARS is a 4" cream yellow and pink blend with fine toothy edges. Throat is heavily pleated and cristated with raised midribs creating variable forms, extended blooms begin opening the previous day, Tetraploid, reblooms for all summer bloom. An evergreen from SPACECOAST TINY PERFECTION breeding. Cresting along the midribs and in the throat creates various cristate forms 100% of the time. Sepals are always narrow. 4" measurement is from the tips of the sepals. Petals are approximately 3" making it appear as a miniature flower. This is the only tetraploid cristate form miniature flower that I know of. Well balanced plants carry flowers just above the foliage.
